The shortage made matcha confusing. We make it simple.
Since the global matcha shortage began, prices have quadrupled and fake “matcha” — powdered sencha dyed green — has flooded the market. We built this shop to fix that: every tin is single-origin, shade-grown tencha, stone-milled in Japan, and traceable to its farm and harvest date.
